“Layers of the Past” is about how the past quietly stays with me.

Even in the present moment, I can feel these fragments — not clearly, but somewhere beneath the surface. They don’t disappear; they soften, shift, and continue to resonate in a subtle way.

The circular form feels like something whole and continuous, like an inner space that holds everything together. Within it, different layers meet — moments, memories, feelings — without needing to be separated.

The contrast between warm and cool tones reflects this inner state for me — a gentle tension, but also a sense of calm. The abstract natural elements feel like traces of something familiar. They ground me and bring me back to a quiet presence, where I can feel a deeper sense of connection and belonging.
