There is something about autumn that always makes me want to slow down. The warmth of the leaves, the small glimpses of blue between them — they create a feeling of being surrounded, but not closed in.

This painting is about that kind of comfort for me. Not hiding away, but feeling held by something familiar while the world remains open around you.

“The Inner Home” is a series about home as an inner state rather than a geographical place. Through translucent layers, geometric structures, and botanical forms, it explores letting go of the past, moving beyond the fear of the unknown, and finding stability in one’s own presence.
